As a member you can reach us 24/7/365 and we will treat you like family! Our providers will always be accessible and available to offer tele optometry services or in person services to our members if urgent care needs arise. Because you are a member, we do not have to worry about preauthorization or insurance billing. This care is always included in your membership and we will always be glad to take great care of you and make sure your condition improves with appropriate management.
Cost Savings
For a limited time only, our founding members will be $29 per month + 3.5% Processing Fee! Discover optical care that places a premium on both your vision and your wallet, exclusively as a member patient.
